Development History of Bo Yan International

Boyan International was established in 2017 and has a highly visionary team of PhDs.

Boyan International was established in 2017, and its main business scope is to develop and write in-service training certificate courses. The purpose of the service is to enhance the market competitiveness and advantages of working professionals. Learners can obtain corresponding professional certificates through specified requirements, such as exams, graduation theses, real work case records, international exchanges, and other forms.

Boyan International has a highly forward-looking team of PhDs and has established a Market Trends Research Department, responsible for analyzing and studying the trends and relationships of the future economy, employment, and training industries.  

Boyan International is a designated partner of the Hong Kong certification body "Joint Association of Financial Planners and Financial Planners JAFPFP" and the UK certification body "International Professional Will Writers Association IPWWA." Among them, Bo Yan International is also the only exclusive operator globally for the "CWMC Registered Wealth Management Consultant" program.

In 2018, the GWMA "Global Wealth Management Advisor" program was launched.



In October 2018, the "GWMA Global Wealth Management Professional Dual Certificate Program" was launched, marking the world's first program of its kind, jointly issued by universities and associations. The inaugural graduation ceremony was held on November 19, 2019, at Asia Pacific University in Malaysia.

Focus on the Entrepreneurial Sector: GMBA Program Launched in 2021

The Boyan International Service Group not only focuses on the financial and economic sectors but also specializes in the entrepreneurial segment. In May 2021, it launched the GMBA Master of Business Administration program (Entrepreneur Class), which includes not only theory and practice but also successful business visits and exchanges.

                    


In 2022, CWMC was launched in Hong Kong, attracting strong attention from the industry.


In October 2022, after detailed analysis by the market trend research department, the "C W M C Registered Wealth Management Consultant" project was officially developed. This project is part of China's first standardized registration system for financial professionals going overseas. The registration system was tested in the Chinese market in 2023, receiving unprecedented success, with over a thousand registrations in the first year, and it garnered more than 100 news reports from various media outlets worldwide.

                                       

The plan for 2024 is to establish CWMC Chinese region operations centers nationwide to promote and operate the project. By March 2025, operations centers will be established in Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Kunming, Chengdu, Chongqing, Haikou, Beijing, Changsha, Jinan, Yancheng, and other locations in China. In Europe, there will be an international liaison office/international operation center in Vienna, Austria, and in Asia, there will be one in Singapore.

In 2025, Boyan's headquarters will move to Singapore, starting the path to an IPO.​

                       


Boyan International will introduce strategic investors in February 2025 and officially relocate its headquarters to Singapore in April. The Chinese name will remain as Boyan, while the English name will be Borient. This signifies that Borient serves as a bridge from the East, connecting professional knowledge, international certifications, and cutting-edge technology globally, allowing people from all over the world to access more professional, convenient, easy, and practical learning and personal development opportunities. Borient believes that effective learning can enhance human advantages and market competitiveness. In the future, we will extensively utilize AI technology to gradually reduce learning costs, aiming for equality regardless of race or skin color, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to learn and improve. Therefore, on July 1, 2025, we will officially launch Asia's first master's program that combines "AI technology" + "wealth management" + "international entrepreneurship," truly reflecting the integration of theory and practice. The curriculum will be developed and taught by internationally experienced professors and PhDs. Upon completion of the program, students will also receive a master's degree diploma issued by the Indonesian European University  and a CWMC Registered Wealth Management Consultant (Registered Expert Level) certificate issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Planning and Wealth Management.

Borient officially launched its group IPO project at the end of April 2025, with plans to go public by the end of 2026. At that time, it will also introduce a plan for all students to become shareholders, perfectly achieving the sharing of resources and results. This is a vision that the Borient Board of Directors eagerly anticipates.
