A native Hong Konger born in the 1960s, Dr. BensonSo lost his father to illness at a young age. He was raised by his mother in a government housing unit of only 10 square meters, with no siblings. Since his mother had to work, Dr. BensonSo spent his childhood in a quiet and lonely environment.

        Due to the family's economic environment, I entered the workforce at the age of 18, engaging in insurance sales. With no connections or resources, I could only start my business by making cold visits every day. Because of my personal commitment to integrity and persistence, I gained the recognition of my clients, which laid the foundation for my financial career over the next several decades. After years of hard work, I was promoted to the management level of the industry in 1998. With the accumulation of personal experience and clients, my team became the Asian champion team of the group in 2001, and in 2002, we entered the global champion performance team of the group. According to Baidu Baike, Dr. BensonSo had already received nearly 300 honors and awards globally by 2008, making him a leader in the industry.

        After achieving success in his work and industry, Dr. BensonSo began to re-engage in learning to fulfill his college dream from his youth. From 2003 to 2013, he spent 10 years completing his Doctorate in Business Administration. During this time, he participated in a large number of training sessions and course material development. He hopes to share his step-by-step experiences with professionals in the finance industry.

        After completing his doctoral degree, Dr. BensonSo decided to return to his home country to fully engage in training and curriculum development. He hopes to enhance the personal qualities, integrity, and international perspective of professionals through courses and training. After 10 years, in 2023, his team of doctors jointly launched the world's first registration certification system, "CWMC Registered Wealth Management Consultant" based on Chinese standards and the personal qualities, integrity, and international perspective of professionals as the evaluation criteria.

       With nearly 40 years of experience, Dr. BensonSo has held multiple public positions, giving back to and serving society. In November 2024, he hosted the "First International Family Office Summit Forum and Wealth Management Professional Competition" in Hong Kong, which received high praise and participation from the government, academia, finance, and the entrepreneurial sector. Since then, this event has become an international highlight in the family office industry, with the second edition scheduled to be held in Beijing, China, in 2025.

        In the future, Dr. BensonSo hopes to provide more people with better and more convenient opportunities for learning and value enhancement through "Boyan International." At the same time, he aims to establish CWMC as the world's first high-quality standard system for Chinese financial professionals going abroad, truly setting international standards from China.
