1、Job description: Fintech self-media operation specialist（GuangZhou，China）

Position: CEO/CMO strategy collaborator | AI-enabled financial education | dual channel for fresh graduates/experienced employees

1、Core job responsibilities​

  • Proficient in using AI clip tools (such as Jianying, Kaipai and other clip software), AI drawing/word generation tools to assist content creation
  • Responsible for daily data sorting and analysis, using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to complete information statistics and visualization processing; knowledge of poster design is preferred
  • Internet social platform operation: Operate accounts on mainstream social platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Video Account, formulate content release plans, track traffic data and optimize strategies
  • The company leader is responsible for IP operation and planning to improve account activity and fan stickiness
  • Complete the whole process of short video production: participate in the topic planning of short video, complete the shooting (basic operation of mobile phone/camera), editing (transition, subtitle, music design) and post-production special effects
  • Connect the material library and resource platform to ensure the timeliness and creativity of content production
  • Cross-site support：
  1. Assist in foreign communication, basic English reading and writing skills are required
  2. Complete other administrative support work assigned by the department (such as document translation, meeting minutes collation)

2、Entry requirements：

  • Fresh graduates: major is related, the number of works played is 5k+/ priority for financial works
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the operation rules of various platforms
